You’re on the hunt for a wedding photographers for your wedding on Mackinac Island in Michigan – and you stumbled upon our page! We are a married couple, who has built a career on photographing destination weddings around the world. We thrive off being thrust into a new space, new situation, the only constant being a couple in love at the centre of this beautiful chaos. Our style is a mainly photojournalistic, with the exception of the portrait sessions. A note on portraits: we love them. We do pose them. They are important. We love documenting the day as it flows, but we also know that these portraits are the ones that will stand the test of time, they will be passed onto future generations, and live on past all of us here. We may romanticize this part a little, but we’re sentimental, wear-your-heart-on-your-sleeve lovers. We imagine these portraits re-found again, maybe a century from now. Maybe in a dusty attic. Maybe by your great-great-great-grandchildren as they’re playing hide and seek… you’re building a legacy of the beginning of your life, and we want to be a part of that.
