Erin and Mitch, two incredible photographers who we both adore and admire, asked us to photograph their wedding this past December. What an honour it was to work with two artists; people so in love, so aligned. Sometimes you meet a couple and immediately think “two peas in a pod” – this is E & M. When you meet them, you get a feeling this love is so old, they must have been together in so many previous lifetimes. We loved photographing every minute of this chic, creative, fashionable, artistic day that Erin planned with Lexi (of Lexington and Co – whose work we love so much, too)!
Their wedding day was a brisk, sunny downtown-Toronto affair at Bymark Restaurant (if you haven’t been, RUN – their food is out of this world). Every detail was perfectly considered without being overly fussy – great getting ready locations, but super casual first look, amazing gown, and florals, effortless-looking hair and make-up, superb food and design, but totally fun disco-party vibes. Down to earth and so so chic – exactly what E & M are.
